You may return items from our store within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer; however, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, for example).
Refunds are issued within 1 week of the returned item's arrival at our warehouse. It may take a few business days beyond that for the funds to appear in your bank account.
